Provide organizations and individuals of Eastern Europe, Western Europe and Africa with the necessary networking structures and facilities for earth data acquisition and dissemination and for necessary education and scientific exchange; being open to countries of the South, provide the international community with an efficient tool to integrate Eastern and Western Europe with developing regions, in particular on the African continent, through earth data management and education projects.
