History
Founded by H-XC1319 - International Association of Mutual Insurance Companies and U-XD6227 - Association of European Cooperative and Mutual Insurers, whose activities it took over early 2008.
Aims
Promote the mutual and cooperative insurance business model; create opportunities and address challenges for mutual and cooperative insurers; advocate for appropriate and fair treatment of all mutual and cooperative insurers in the European Union; enable members, and in particular small and medium-sized insurance undertakings, to be successful.
