Jun 1979, Oslo (Norway), by representatives of national federations, within the framework of F-XF3408 - International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF). Also referred to as All Europe TKD Federation.
Aims
Develop Korean Art of self-defence in Europe; progress and encourage physical, moral, educational and general cultural education of national European federations; create and cultivate respect, emulation, peace and compassion among European countries; promote TKD championships in accordance with the spirit and principles of amateur athletics; promote and develop TKD according to the rules and regulations of ITF.
