22 Jan 1961, by representatives of 11 Grand Lodges. In the press, also referred to as Comité de liaison et d'information des puissances signataires de l'Appel de Strasbourg. Comes within the framework of the F-XF2899 - Masonic Movement.
Aims
Act as a liaison and information centre for national organizations working in accordance with the principles of humanistic tradition; defend and represent the members' interests at the level of international governmental organizations and nongovernmental organizations.
