Founded 27 Sep 1998, Luxembourg, as Network of the European Associations for Person-Centred Counselling and Psychotherapy (NEAPCCP) -- Réseau des associations européennes pour le counselling et la psychothérapie centrés sur la personne (RAECPCP) -- Netzwerk der Europäischen Vereinigungen für Personzentrierte Beratung und Psychotherapie -- Rede de Associaçôes Europeias de Counselling e Psicoterapia Centradas na Pessoa (RAECPCP). Previously also known under the acronyms NEAPCEPC -- RAEPCCPE. Statutes approved 26 Sep 1999, Athens (Greece); revised 25-26 Nov 2000, Salgótarjan (Hungary). A chapter of D-XD7585 - World Association for Person-Centered and Experiential Psychotherapy and Counseling (WAPCEPC).
Aims
Further cooperation among associations and institutions in the field of psychotherapy and counselling; enhance exchange of expertise; support the legal basis of the person-centred and experiential approach.
