Foundation followed a national (French) body having been created in 1965, Nice (France).
Aims
Provide contact between member associations; preserve and foster fraternal sentiments among members; supervise and arbitrate any important decisions of the member associations; facilitate and strengthen the professional relationships between members and promote and publicize the importance of their profession.
