11 Jun 1992, Malta, by merger of H-XD2585 - International Sporting Union of the PTT and H-XC2790 - Union internationale touristique et culturelle des postes et des télécommunications (UTC-PTT). Also referred to as Union for Sports, Culture, Tourism International in the Post and Telecommunication Sectors.
Aims
Contribute to the physical and intellectual well-being of posts and telecommunications employees by: promoting sporting, tourist and cultural exchanges among these staff; developing reciprocal friendship and understanding between them; communicating information and sharing experience on these matters.
