1982, by Dr Carlos Warter. Original title: World Health Foundation for Peace -- Fundación Mundial de la Salud para la Paz. Present name adopted 1993.
Aims
Based on integration of the global meaning of health, education and peace and its application to developing science, art, technology and human values: promote a culture of peace through integration of individual and social health in which everyone can attain the highest level of personal and ethical satisfaction; serve as a foundation for teaching and dissemination of notions oriented to a better quality of life, holistic health and ethical business; coordinate existing research aligned with peace and develop new projects in the fields of mutual understanding; promote a field of new spirituality for the emergence of a new civilization.
