Registration:
Registration for the UN Global Financial and Economic Crisis Summit is free.
Group participation is allowed and MUST consist of between One to Five persons (1-5 persons). For document submission, a registration form is attached to this e-mail. Download and print out the registration form, fill it and submit back together with your confirmed hotel reservation booking receipt to be issued by Central Park Hotel, no participant is allowed to stay outside the official recommended hotel.

UN in collaboration with the British Department of Arts and Tourism has officially selected Central Park Hotel London as the official accommodation provider for all UNDESA conference participants because of its good facilities and cheaper accommodation rates. Make your room booking as early as possible.
The hotel room rates are per night including Breakfast, Dinner and VAT. A booking receipt from the Central Park Hotel is required as a prerequisite for registration and payment is important to obtain a booking receipt from the Hotel. Participants will receive their flight ticket and visa assistance, only when we receive completed registration form alongside with hotel booking receipt made at the Central Park Hotel. Visa assistance:
United Nations-DESA will provide visa assistance to all invited participants that needs entry visa into the territory of the United Kingdom Free. UNDESA will also provide a six (6) months visitors visa to every qualified participant with the assistance of the UK Visa Bureau and UK Border Agency. Participants visa will be procured through the UK Embassies centres worldwide. Visa issuance authorization letter and UK Visa Application Form will be given to confirmed participants and their entry visa will be issued within Nine (9) working days.
You don't have to follow the standard British embassy visa procedure or to apply by yourself.

Flight ticket assistance:
Your flight ticket collection code would be sent to you as soon as the ticket is booked, and your flight seats confirmed. Although London is served by many international flights, British Airways (BA) is the official carrier to airlift participants to London and back to their country of destination. In some countries where BA do not operate, affiliate BA airline will be booked, Participant's pick-up from Airport-Hotel-Airport has been arranged by Central Park Hotel.

Fill and return back to us via email as instructed, registration form with your hotel booking receipt via the organizing secretary's email. This is to enable us issue you Official Participation confirmation Letter to this conference, Important Notice: Flight ticket & Visa assistance, will only be process for participants who followed the instructions in submitting the registration form and proof of hotel booking receipt.

Registration Deadline:
All registration requirements (i.e) filled registration form and proof of hotel booking receipt must reach the UN Organizing Conference Secretary, Ms. Cristina Parceog not later than 7 days from the date of this publication (Today). Early registration is advised. Registration is on a first-come first-served basis. The Conference organizers reserve the right to close registration early.
