Take Note of your hotel booking: All registered participants are expected to arrive the conference Venue a day before the conference date and stay a day after the conference, so your hotel booking in Senegal should be book as from 23rd of APRIL- 28th of APRIL 2015.

By the request of the Global disability and poverty alleviation Organization (GDAPA USA) Administrative Secretary-General Organizing committee of the international Programs Global disability and poverty alleviation programs USA 2015, I forward to you the U.S Non-Immigrant Visa Application Forms, I have been notified of your visa approval by the State Department. The Non Immigrant visa will be issued at the American Embassy in your country of residence.
The U.S. Department of State Bureau of Consular Affairs has already approved the visa support letter which I have been informed that you will be issued a THREE (3) months Non Immigrant Visa (NIV) during your visit to the Embassy.
The U.S. Department of States had stated that since you are coming under the international Conference, You would not need to present the following documents at the Embassy. (1) Documentation of prior international travel (2) Documents regarding your company/Business etc. (3) Last 3 months bank statements of your business.
You will only be visiting the Embassy with your current four-passport photograph, including your visa forms that will be used to compare those at the Embassy. The U.S Department of State Bureau of Consular Affairs stated that they want to be satisfied that you intend to honor the terms of the visa b y returning home after your participation at the conference in the United States. By demonstrating your intent to return home rather than stay permanently in the United States.
The Department of State, stated that, they will ensure that, the Non Immigrant Visa will be secured same day, you visit the U.S Embassy in your country but at the same time, they need to be sure that you are coming here for legitimate purposes, business, tourism , education. Since you are coming to the United States for a legitimate purpose, which is to participate at these international events, visa approval for you will not be denied nor delayed.
It is great to let you k now that your application has been accepted b y the State Department for Immigration. The Booking you made at the Hotel in Senegal have been confirmed and taken note of. After the board meeting today which I had with the conference Organizing committee, because you will be coming to the USA / Senegal and Due to some experiences in the past Conferences hosted b y this organization and also the event of the September, 11 attack on the World Trade Centre, it has been mandated b y The U.S Department for National
Security that all participants coming for an y international Conference to the United States must have an Insurance Bond from the ACIC.

This Insurance Bond will be for the following areas:
1. To ensure that the participants are insured of their travelling.
2. To ensure that the participants will attend both conferences safely.
3. To ensure peace and unity of this conference
4. To ensure that the participants are coming specifically for the conference and have no other secret adventure.
This is done because more than 800 participants are coming to this conference worldwide. To ensure people's safety and hospitality, they have to make sure that every participant obtains his/her insurance bond.
Therefore, I am advising you now to contact the ACIC Insurance Company below and enquire about 2 weeks Insurance Bond. I shall assist you in ways whereby you need my assistance.

You are advice to download the attached U.S. Non-Immigrant visa Application Form (H2KJ0GLEJB) which has been entered into our system . You should print it out, fill it, then scan it and return the forms to me along with your ACIC Insurance Bond and front page of your passport photo cop y, upon receipt of all this, the State Department will fax the approved visa support letter to the Consular General in charge of visa affairs at the U.S. embassy in your country of residence and a copy sent to you too.
The U.S Department of States Bureau of Consular Affairs will fax or Email the confirmation of your approved visa to the American Embassy in your country after we get these papers to enable the consular to issue the visa seal into your travelling document. You will appear in the Embassy after a copy of the Visa Support letter and the confirmation of your visa is faxed to the Embassy and a cop y sent to you also and we will inform you before your visit to the Embassy.
Due to time factor of the forth coming-conference and the Intervention of the summit organizing committee who is your invitee. I request that you send me the requested documents not later than 11TH OF FEBRUARY 2015, so as to enable you visit the U.S. Embassy on 17th of MARCH 2015 for collection of the Non Immigrant Visa.
The document will be issue to you b y the ACIC insurance company soonest you contact them .
