Dear Colleague,

You are invited to participate in the up-coming Global Conference on HIV/AIDS and Malaria Prevention from the 17th - 20th of MARCH 2015 at (Anaheim, California the United States of America) and from 23rd - 26th of MARCH 2015 in Dakar-Senegal at the Comfortable Hotel Conference Auditorium).

Registration of participants:

A minimum of one (1) as an individual or a maximum of Three (3) persons can to participate together as a group or organization to represent his/her country. It is not necessary that one must belong to an organization to be eligible to attend this event.

All registered participants or delegates are entitled to a free round trip Air tickets to both events and United States Visa arrangements, this will include your transportation, feeding during your stay in the United States. Delegates will only be responsible for his/her own hotel accommodation in Dakar,Senegal were the second phase of the event will take place.

Visa information:

All participants will be provided with visa assistance by our organization for those that requires the United States entry visa to attend the conference. After confirmation of your registration we shall send an official invitation letter & visa approval letter to U.S Embassy in your country to notify the Embassy of your participation and your visa documents will be process here in United States via the Bureau of Immigrant Affairs.

TICKETS: Air Tickets will be provided by our organization. The tickets will cover from participant country of resident to the United States, from the United States of America to Dakar,Senegal where the second phase of the conference will take place and from Senegal back to participants countries of resident.
