Dear participants,

We deem it necessary to inform you that you have been duly registered to participate in these up-coming events.

You are only responsible for your own hotel booking accommodation in Dakar Senegal, the conference organizing committee will be responsible for the accommodation here in the U.S. Together with the round trip air tickets which cover from your country of residence to the United State, from the United State to Dakar Senegal and from Dakar Senegal back to your country of residence including your visa processing.

Endeavor to furnish us with the Form (B) and (C) duly filled along with the hotel official booking confirmation receipt and a scanned copy of your international passport, and you should carefully follow up the instructions of the said recommended hotel management in Africa.

DO NOTE: As soon as we receive your registration forms duly filled, together with the booking receipt, your documents will be forwarded to the U.S. Bureau of Immigration Affairs/ U.S. Foreign Consular Department Washington D.C for your visa authorization.

You are advised to download the following attachments to view your registration files, and note again that delegates must participate in both phase of the conference in USA & Dakar Senegal.

You are to contact the said recommended hotel management in Dakar-Senegal to book room for your self and furnish us with the forms B and C duly filled, as you have to print it out, fill it accordingly then scan and return it back to us, by E-mail attachment, together with the hotel booking confirmation receipt and scan copy of your id card as soon as possible.
