Dear Applicant,

The Global Human Right Organization for Peace Development (GHRPD) welcome you to participate in this up-coming International conference meeting on Child Protection & HIV/AIDS Treatment, Prostitution, Sex Trafficking and Human Violence. Taking place from July 21st- 23rd 2014 in Washington DC United States and in Dakar Senegal from July 26th - 31st 2014. To participate in the international conference, registration is free for all interested participants.

The conference organizing committee in conjunction with the donor sponsoring committee has mapped out some financial rewards to group participants that distinguished themselves in their areas of discipline. Panel of Judges has been appointed to oversee and to select participants on merit.

Conferences Objective:
•Reduce new HIV infections by at least 50% using combination prevention approaches;.
•Initiate at least 80% of eligible patients on antiviral treatment (ART), with 70% alive and on treatment five years after initiation;
•To involve young people in discussions and decision-making on the issue of prostitution and human trafficking and health care in our society.
•To tech our children love and care.
•Ensure an enabling and accessible legal framework that protects and promotes human rights in order to support implementation of the NSP; and Reduce self-reported stigma related to HIV and TB by at least 50%.
•Sexual assault is a violation of human rights and is a crime against the individual and the community. It is not solely an individual or private problem.
•Prevent and /or mitigate threats and reduce vulnerability and exposure to sexual violence; Strengthen resilience of survivors of sexual violence; Create a protective environment for HIV patient and education for children during conflict, as a pillar of humanitarian aid;
• Compliment and stimulate national level anti-trafficking activities such legal reform and victim support;
• Satisfaction of basic social and economic needs and Poverty alleviation/reduction (rapid growth of the incomes of the poor

Awards and Gifts will be given to participants on merit.You are hereby advised to equip your selves and exhibit your God given talents to the fullest. We welcome Delegates, Inter-Governmental and Non-Governmental Organizations, young or old to the forth-coming International Conference.

It is not necessary that one must belong to an organization before he or she is eligible to attend this event. Interested delegate can participate as an individual or maximum of (2-6) persons as a group or organization to represent their country in the forth-coming events. Delegates should be above eighteen years of age and must participate in both venues, USA / Senegal, also note that you are to fill your registration form individually.

Registration: In order to attend the International conference on Violence against Children, HIV/AIDS, Sex Trafficking/Sexual Exploitation of Children and Human Trafficking, registration is compulsory. Interested participants should fill the registration forms attached to this mail and send the necessary information's to complete your registration process. You are to download the following attachments and view your registration form individually. You are to download the following attachments and view your registration form, print out the registration form and fill the questioners with a pen and submit the filled registration forms along with the front page of your passport and your hotel booking confirmation receipt below not later than May 2nd 2014

Accommodation: All registered participants are entitled to meals and accommodation which will be provided during their participation in the United States conference (only) Participants will be responsible and to pay for hotel reservation cost in Senegal where the second phase of the conference will be held, below is the email contact of the hotel management in Dakar Senegal. You are to contact them and make your reservation for 6 nights which is from July 25th - 31st 2014 and obtain your booking receipt which should be submitted along with your filled registration form. Note that it is mandatory for all delegates to make his/her booking at Hotel Kujabi Ansumana for security purpose and to avoid doubt of your visa processing and air round trip from our organization.

VISA: Participants must be in possession of their International Passports to enable them participate. Only on receipt of your filled registration forms, reservation receipt and scanned information page of your international passport will participant's visa assistance request be forwarded to the U.S Department of State and the Senegalese Immigration for same day visa Authorization which shall be sent to the consular section of the U.S Embassy, in your country of residence for visa collection. You are to inform us if you already have U.S or Senegal visa when submitting your registration forms and other required information's.

Tickets: Air Tickets for both venues will be sponsored by our organization and other benevolent donors in the United States and worldwide. The tickets will cover from participant country of resident to the United States, from the United States to Senegal and back to participant's country of resident.

NOTE THIS POINT:
Participants are responsible for their own hotel booking in Senegal through the recommended hotel in Dakar for the second phase of this event. The organizing committee and the donor sponsoring committee of this event have mandated all participants are to pay for their own hotel booking in order to prove to the US Department of State Visa Sector(UDSVS) that he/she will attend both events, and they do not have any intention to stay permanently in the United State after their participation in this forth-coming international conference, this is due to the past experiences in April 2009 international conference that was held here in United State, which lead to illegal immigrant to the United State of American

Rules and Regulations:
•Registrations are subject to acceptance on a first-come-first-served basis.
•Each registrant should complete a separate registration form.
•Registration received without reservation receipt from the hotel management in Senegal will not be processed.
•All cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat.

Please stay close to this invitation and mark these dates in your diary registration to enable you meet up with the deadline date giving to you to avoid cancellation. You can share the invitation with your colleagues, as we request that you quickly send us the requested details ASAP to enable us process your visa and air ticket on time. All filled form and document should be submitted to the conference Secretariat via email: inforegistra@aol.com as soon as possible for confirmation.
