By recommendation, we accept you to participate in the global Congress meeting against Economic Crisis and war-affected children / Impact of Conflict on Women & Girls (GCMAECWCIWG), which will be held from June 16th - 20th at Convention Center California United State and in Dakar Conference Center Dakar-Senegal, from June 23rd - 27th 2014 West - Africa.

THE CONGRESS WILL FOCUS ON THE BELLOW OBJECTIVE:
•To examine innovative approaches to dealing with the challenges facing war-affected Children and to identify gaps in knowledge, policy, and practice to better support these children;
•To establish and commit to an international set of priorities for all actors working with war-affected children; and
•To involve young people in discussions and decision-making on the issue of war-affected children.
•Violence and the Sex Trade,Children and Teen Victims of Trafficking.
•The impact of conflict on reproductive health.
•Gender-based violence and its sexual dimensions, including trafficking.
•Domestic Trafficking,Personal Experiences in the Sex Trade,Drug Addiction and the Sex Trade.
•The local community's role in rehabilitation.
•Child protection networks, to improve the system for reporting and acting on reports of violations of the security and rights of children, Women & Girls including prevention and early intervention to protect children and youth from impending conflict;
•Education for children during conflict, as a pillar of humanitarian aid;
•Community-based reintegration programs for youth as a priority after conflict;

Concerted efforts and contributions by individuals, Governments, intergovernmental organizations, non-governmental organizations and the various international bodies and specialized agencies will be necessary to accomplish the objectives of the congress, and to provide long-lasting solutions.

The global Congress meeting against Economic Crisis and war-affected children / Impact of Conflict on Women & Girls (GCMAECWCIWG), is an intense and interactive congress formatted for those who have research results or ideas, who wish to inform their peers of the work of their non-governmental or governmental organization, or who wish to fund anti- Sexual Violence efforts and research, businessmen and women who wish to contribute on the above discussion.

Association for Human Rights Defense International (HRD thereafter) is a 501(c)3 charity incorporated in United State. It was created in 2000 on the base of few organizations had been pursued and eliminated by dictatorial regimes. That is why we formed our anew created charity outside of dictator's countries. Because of USA actively supports a democracy and human rights at whole world, we had incorporated in this Word.

Charitable protection of human rights is the main purpose of Association for Human Rights Defense International. From the date of incorporation, to present, HRD renders charitable legal assistance to the individuals, whose rights are affected. HRD protects their rights and freedoms on a charitable basis in the competent bodies, courts and administrations of any countries and territories at both national and international levels, as far as our organizational and financial abilities allow it. HRD render charitable help to the individuals in the preparation of predications, appeals, allegations, applications to the courts and other authority. HRD stands free against violations of rights of any individual, irrespective of his property, class or other position, political or other convictions, national or social origin, color of a skin, sex, language and religion, and race, as well as country of residence or presence.

It is not necessary that one must belong to an organization before he or she is eligible to attend this event. Interested delegate can participate as an individual or maximum of (4-6) persons as a group or organization to represent their Country in the forth-coming events. Delegates should be above eighteen years of age and must participate in both venues, USA / Senegal.

UN Women works on several fronts towards ending global Crisis and war-affected children / Impact of Conflict on Women & Girls. This includes tackling its main root: gender inequality. Efforts are multiplied through advocacy campaigns and partnerships with governments, civil society and the UN system. Initiatives range from working to establish legal frameworks and specific national actions, to supporting prevention at the grassroots level, including in conflict and post-conflict situations. UN Women has also supported data collection on violence against women, facilitating new learning on the issue.

REGISTRATION OF PARTICIPANTS:
Only a minimum of One (1) as an individual or a maximum of six (6) persons are expected to participate together as a group or organization to represent in the forth-coming events. None of them should be less than eighteen years of age, as from eighteen to older age are allowed to participate and All registered participants must participate in both events, as the visa authorization letter of you or your group will be faxed to the consular section of the U.S embassy in your country, to enable them issue out the NON-IMMIGRANT-VISA to all members of you or your group upon the fax documents.

Registration: In order to attend the global Congress meeting against Economic Crisis and war-affected children / Impact of Conflict on Women & Girls (GCMAECWCIWG), registration is compulsory. For registration to participate in this event, you may forward the names and passport numbers of you or your group members to us, as soon as possible, as all participants visa assistance request will be forwarded to the U.S Department of State for same day visa Authorization which shall be sent by fax to the consular section of the U.S. Embassy, in your country of residence. All registered participants are entitled to a round trip air tickets, meals and accommodation during their stay in the U.S. Only.

ACCOMMODATION: All registered participants are entitled to meals and accommodation which will be provided during their participation in the U.S.A only due to the inability of our donor sponsoring committee to mobilize enough funds to sponsor the number of expected delegates to attend the congress.

Delegates are only responsible for the payment of their Hotel Accommodation in Senegal for the second phase of the event.

Delegates reservation with the hotel is for 7 nights which is from June 22th - 28th 2014, you are advice to contact the hotel management to have information's for booking method, because immediately after delegates registration is confirmed by our organization, the hotel booking confirmation receipt from the hotel management will be highly needed to confirm your participation and to ensure that delegates have secured accommodation with the hotel.

VISA INFORMATION:
most Canadian citizens and many citizens from Visa Waiver Program countries can come to the U.S. without a visa if they meet certain requirements. Visa waiver travelers from ALL 27 Visa Waiver Program countries must present a machine-readable passport at the U.S. port of entry to enter the U.S. without a visa, otherwise a U.S. visa is required. Non-immigrant visas are for international travelers (citizens of other countries) coming to the U.S. temporarily. This visa allows you to travel to a U.S. port-of-entry (airport, for example) and request permission of the Department of Homeland Security immigration inspector to enter the U.S. Please note: a visa does not guarantee entry into the U.S.

International travelers come to the U.S. for a wide variety of reasons, including tourism, business, medical treatment, and certain types of temporary work. Due to security concerns, U.S. visa applications are subject to a greater degree of scrutiny than in the past. For many applicants, a personal interview is required as a standard part of visa processing.

All participants visa assistance request will be forwarded to the U.S Department of State for visa authorization which shall be sent by fax to the consular section of the U.S. Embassy, in your country of residence. This can only be done when we receive your filled registration questioner forms and all necessary documents to support your visa processing which will be faxed to the U.S. Embassy, in your country of residence.

VISA: Participants must be in possession of their International Passports to enable them participate. Only on receipt of your filled registration forms, reservation receipt and scanned information page of your international passport will participant's visa assistance request be forwarded to the U.S Department of State and the Senegalese Immigration for same day visa Authorization which shall be sent to the consular section of the U.S Embassy, in your country of residence.

TICKETS: Air tickets for both venues will be sponsored by our organization and other benevolent donors in the United States and worldwide. The tickets will cover from participant country of resident to the United States, from the united stated to Senegal and back to participant's country of resident.

RULES AND REGULATION:
•Registrations are subject to acceptance on a first-come-first-served basis.
•Each registrant should complete a separate registration form.
•Registration received without reservation receipt from the hotel management in Senegal will not be processed.
•All cancellations must be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat and the refund will be made after the Congress.
