You will be booking for five (5) nights , One Standard-Single Room for 1 person cost ($62 Dollars) per night and the 5 nights that you will be here for is ($310 Dollars). It includes breakfast .

RESERVATION METHOD

Due to the number of guests expected in our hotel for the Conference, Reservation will be made on receipt of payment as we deal on a first come first serve basis. Payment must be made before Booking Confirmation Receipt and Code can be issued.

METHOD OF PAYMENT:

Please note that we only accept (Bank WIRE or credit card) payments from the USA........ to avoid complications with our banks or disputes mostly Africa and Asian banking system:

All non US countries or participants residing outside the USA should make their payments via Western Union Money Transfer or Moneygram Transfer for an Immediate Confirmation After Transfer. Make sure to inform the bank that you are making a Western Union Money Transfer or Moneygram Transfer to Accra ,Ghana.

(2)On receipt of your payment, we will forward the confirmation of your hotel booking for days paid for by e-mail attachment.

REFUND POLICY:

The organizing committee has reached an agreement with the management of the hotels on Refund policy. Below is the reached agreement.

(A) That any group or organization wishing to withdraw their participation in this conference after the payment of the hotel booking may request for a refund in writing to the hotel manager. (B) The total payment will be refunded to the group or organization after the reduction of bank transfer charge
