  The International Child Right Organization welcome you to participate in this up-coming International conference meeting on Violence against Children, Child Labor, Sex Trafficking/Sexual Exploitation of Children and Human Trafficking taking place from January 23rd- 25th at 801 Mount Vernon Place NW Washington, DC 20001 United States and in Dakar Senegal from January 27th- 31st at 11485 Gran Villa, Dakar Senegal. To participate in the international conference, registration is free for all interested participants.
 
The conferences will focus on the bellow objective:
•To examine innovative approaches to dealing with the challenges affecting child protection and human trafficking and health care;
•To establish and commit to an international set of priorities for all actors working with human trafficking;
•To involve young people in discussions and decision-making on the issue of prostitution and human trafficking.
•To teach our society good leadership and to promote and develop cross border co-operation and mutual understanding.
•Gender-based violence and its sexual dimensions, including trafficking.
•The local community’s role in rehabilitation of economic growth
•Child protection networks, to improve the system for reporting and acting on reports of violations of the security and rights of children, Women & Girls including prevention and early intervention to protect children and youth from impending conflict;
•Education for children during conflict, as a pillar of humanitarian aid;
• Compliment and stimulate national level anti-trafficking activities such legal reform and victim support;
• Satisfaction of basic social and economic needs and Poverty alleviation/reduction (rapid growth of the incomes of the poor)
 
 Interested delegate can participate as an individual or maximum of (2-7) persons as a group or organization to represent their country in the up-coming events. Delegates should be above eighteen years of age and must participate in both venues, USA / Senegal, also note that you are to fill your registration form individually. Digital wireless translator is available for all countries language.
 
Registration: In order to attend the International conference on Violence against Children, Child Labor, Sex Trafficking/Sexual Exploitation of Children and Human Trafficking, registration is compulsory. Participants should fill the registration forms attached to this mail and send the below information's to complete your registration process.  You are to download the following attachments and view your registration form, print out the registration form and fill the questioners with a pen and submit the filled registration forms along with the front page of your passport and your hotel booking confirmation receipt before the deadline date December 4th 2013
 
Accommodation: All registered participants are entitled to meals and accommodation which will be provided during their participation in the United States conference (only) Participants will only be responsible and to pay for hotel reservation cost in Senegal where the second phase of the conference will be held, below is the contact of the hotel management in Dakar Senegal. You are to contact them and make your reservation for 6 nights 27th-31st and obtain your booking receipt which should be submitted along with your filled registration form Note that it is mandatory for all interested delegates to make his/her hotel booking in Hotel Thelma Arnold for that is where the conference meeting will be held in Dakar Senegal and for security purpose to avoid doubt of your participation in processing your traveling document by our organization.

VISA: Participants must be in possession of their International Passports to enable them participate. Only in receipt of your filled registration forms, hotel booking receipt and scanned information page of your passport will participant’s visa assistance request be forwarded to the U.S Department of State and to the Senegalese Immigration Office for same day visa Authorization which shall be sent to the consular section of the U.S Embassy, in your country of residence for visa collection. You are to inform us if you already have U.S or Senegal visa when submitti΅g your registration forms and other required information™s.
 
Tickets: Air Tickets for both venues will be sponsored by our organization and other benevolent donors in the United States.  The tickets will cover from participant country of resident to the United States, from the United States to Senegal and back to participant’s country of resident.
 
Please stay close to this invitation and mark these dates in your diary registration to enable you meet up with the deadline date giving to you to avoid cancellation. You can share the invitation with your colleagues to attend this event meeting with us as we request that you quickly send us the details ASAP to enable us process your visa and air ticket on time.
