Thanks for indicating your interest to be part of the UN global conference on (The Impact and Implications of the Global Financial and Economic Crisis on Sustainable Development & Climate Change). Recent assessments of the impact on the ongoing economic crisis increasingly highlights the deteriorating social and political fallout in the least developed countries and middle-income countries as well. Prospects for an early recovery have faded, forcing countries to prepare for a prolonged downturn in trade,investment and employment. Therefore, we all must come together to seek for solution to the global economic downturn.

Read the outlined procedure regarding registration, accommodation, visa, and flight ticket for the UN GFEC conference. Follow up the guideline accordingly for your registration to be processed at the earliest possible time.

Registration:
Registration for the UN Global Financial and Economic Crisis Summit is free. Group participation is allowed and MUST consist of between One to Five persons (1-5 persons). For document submission, a registration form is attached to this e-mail. Download or  print out the registration form, fill it and submit back together with your confirmed hotel accommodation reservation receipt to be issued by Central Park Hotel. Submit them to the secretary via e-mail: registration@gfec-un.org
Accommodation:UN in collaboration with the British Department of Arts and Tourism, has officially selected Central Park Hotel London as the official accommodation provider for all UN GFEC conference participants because of its good facilities and discounted accommodation rate. Make your room booking as early as possible. The hotel room rates are per night including breakfast. Accommodation reservation is on first come - first served basis, for room reservation, contact Central Park Hotel now via their contact information under. Single Room - One Single bed - £105.00  Per night
Double Room - One Double bed £110.00    Per night
Deluxe Room - Two Single bed £130.00    Per night

Visa:
United Nations will issue a visa authorization letter through the UK Bureau of Visa Services for easy obtainment of an entry visa to UK from the British Embassy in your country or country of residence. UN GFEC 2013 conference participants would be given special preference by British embassy worldwide. There are special instructions to British Embassies for speedy issuance of entry visa to any UN GFEC 2013 summit participant. You don't have to follow the standard British embassy visa procedure. Visa will be issued to you within Nine (9) working days. British Embassy will issue a six (6) months visitors visa upon submission and processing of your registration.

Flight Ticket:
You will collect your free UN sponsored British Airways round-trip flight ticket at the British airways (BA) ticket sales office in your country or at any of the British airways affiliate airline office in your home country, your flight ticket collection code would be sent to you as soon as the ticket is booked, and your flight seats confirmed. Although London is served by many international flights, British Airways (BA) is the official carrier to airlift participants to London and back to their country of destination. In some countries where BA do not operate, affiliate BA airline will be booked. Participants pick-up from Airport-Hotel-Airport has been arranged by Central Park Hotel.

Registration Deadline:
All registration requirements (i.e) filled registration form and proof of accommodation reservation receipt must reach the UN GFEC2013 organizing secretary Ms. Jennifer Shonda not later than 5 working days from the date of this publication (today). Early registration is advised. Registration is on a first-come first-served basis. The Conference organizers reserve the right to close registration early.

Call for papers:
United Nations welcomes paper presentation from interested participants,scholars, financial experts, policy makers, and other practitioners. Paper presentations will be scheduled for 30 minutes each including questions.

* Global Repercussions of the Financial and Economic Crisis
* Fundamental Defects of the Free Market System
* The Impact of the Financial and Economic Crisis on Developing Countries

* Accounting & Financial Regulations
* Government and/or Private Sector Response to the Financial and Economic Crisis
* Any other related  topic on Finance and World Economy.

Language Interpretation/translation: Simultaneous language interpretation gadgets would be provided at the conference center in the following languages: English, French, Russian ,Spanish, Arabic and Chinese.
