You have been registered to participate in the forth-coming World Conference on child right and war-affected children, download the attachment to view your registration form. Our Organization and donor sponsoring committee will be responsible for your accommodation and feeding during your stay here in the United States, we are also responsible for your air tickets from which covers both venue.

You are responsible for the payment of your hotel accommodation at the recommended hotels listed below in Senegal where the second phase of the conference will be held due to the inability of our donor sponsoring committee to mobilize enough funds to sponsor the number of expected delegates attend the conference. On receipt of the attached form signed and filled with your reservation code and copy of your hotel reservation booking receipt, your documents will be forwarded to the U.S. Bureau of Immigrant Affairs/ U.S. Foreign Consular Department and the Senegalese immigration for the processing of your visa.

Contact the hotel management and make your reservation from Nov 24th to 29th. NOTE: You are expected to pay for your accommodation before the reservation code and receipt will be issued to you by the hotel management.

Upon arrival at the conference venue, delegates will be asked to collect their ID badges at the information Desk. Passports may be requested for presentation at this point, so delegates are advised to carry their passports with them. ID badges SHOULD BE WORN AT ALL TIMES and will be required for entry to all venues and meeting areas.Airport transfer will be provided to delegates. The donor sponsoring committee will assign staff to welcome the delegates at the Airport and provide guidance for airport transfer. Please, return this filled registration form and reservation receipt via Fax: +1- 206-337-8949 or E-mail: conference_reg@qq.com on or before October 9th 2013.Registration form received without RESERVATION RECEIPT OR RESERVATION CODE from the hotel management in Senegal will NOT be accepted or processed further.
