Department of International Relations, Ever Foundation.
Colleagues,
In the scope of our Policy of International Partnership in emerging countries, the Department of International Relations of Ever Foundation announces the availability of fiscal year 2011 funds for grants and funding to contribute to the creation of sustainable communities by supporting community based organizations to overcome poverty, violence and injustice in their communities.
Ever Foundation is a Financial Foundation founded and settled in California, State of Washington, in the United States, and with offices in Birmingham, in the United Kingdom. Ever Foundation intervenes in several sectors of activities as investors, shareholders and donators. Trough the Policy of International Partnership in emerging countries conducted by the Office of International Relations, our first objective is to help reduce poverty and to raise the standards of living by mobilizing resources inside as well as outside the countries while providing a technical and financial assistance for development projects and programsin the concerned countries.
Ever Foundation contributes to the creation of a safe and sustainable world by supporting communities to overcome poverty, violence and injustice. Ever Foundation is committed to funding in under developed countries at this time. And we are in the process of developing plans for our under developing countries program as a whole and are currently focusing on under developed countries. We are interested in supporting credible individuals or organizations to create change for their own communities. We plan to intervene in humanitarian and social field in under developed countries, as donator and partner of development and community based organizations and civil society organizations. Our projects are related to Health, Female Promotion and Social Protection, Improvement of social services supply to population with low income in rural areas, Support to agricultural structures and Accompaniment Measures for stabilizing the alleviation of poverty. We are interested in supporting community based organizations to create change not only for their own communities but for the wider population of which they are part.
The Department of International Relations of Ever Foundation is awarding grants and funding to Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) in developing countries, that will become an integral part of a broad strategy to prevent and reduce poverty among communities in these countries. We are providing assistance to societal institutions (Non-Governmental Organizations including faith-based institutions, youth service providers, and parent organizations) that promote sustainable development.
We are interested in financing projects related to different issues, and different arenas, as we realize that communities with low income face a range of complex challenges that require multiple solutions. Examples might include: - legal reform and redress, - small grants and micro-finance programs, - land distribution and natural resource management, - violence and conflict prevention, - health, environment and education promotion, - national and provincial resource mobilization, - certification processes, - citizenship rights and advocacy on behalf of equal opportunities, - projects and programs that enable communities with low income to benefit from, control and maximize economic resources.
Eligible applicants under this program announcement are limited to public and private nonprofits, Non-Governmental Organizations including faith-based organizations. The scope of this program announcement is to implement an international effort, not a regional or local effort. In order to maximize the use of the foundation’s funds, assistance must reach the greatest possible number of selected organizations and agencies. The funded organizations must already have the systems in place to transmit the knowledge, skills, expertise, and attitudes on a national scope.
