We deem is necessary to inform you that, you have been duly registered to participate in these forth coming Conferences. You are only responsible for your hotel booking in Dakar Senegal and our organization will be responsible for your accommodation stay here in the United States and your round trip air tickets.
You will find attached, your registration form which should be correctly filled and sent back to us along with your hotel booking receipt. Your documents will be forwarded along with other documents from our organization, to the U.S Bureau of Immigration Affairs for the processing of your visa.
Contact the selected hotel management in Dakar Senegal to book your room ASAP, and send us all requested documents not later than November 4th 2011 to enable us complete the visa authorization letter through the Bureau of Immigrant Affair/Foreign Consular Affairs Department Washington D.C.
