Aims
Contribute to the fuller use of production capacities of companies in the sector; disseminate information on regional supply of machinery and equipment; make political authorities and financial entities aware of the importance of the sector and the obstacles hindering its progress; help refine agreements to facilitate mutual supply, complementarity and specialization among the different countries and their manufacturing companies; vouch for the reliability of Latin American-produced capital goods and the advantages of using them; help eliminate obstacles facing regional supply of capital goods due to insufficient financial mechanisms oriented towards the sector; strengthen links among companies in the region and promote joint action to further their industrial and technological progress.
