Where to meet?

As the conventions bureau we work with the convention venues as well as with the convention hotels.

+ Our flagship venue is the Tokyo International Forum. It is located in a very accessible area, between two train stations and directly connected to the subway lines. It is next to a business district on one side, a shopping area on the other, and only five minutes’ walk from the Imperial Palace, where you can enjoy the green and calm atmosphere.
This is where the International Bar Association Annual Meeting took place.

+ Tokyo Big Sight is another large venue in Tokyo. With 22 meeting rooms suitable for international meetings, the facility is frequently used for exhibitions, because it has a total of 80,000 sq. m. of exhibition space.
