as Special Committee of International NGOs on Human Rights -- Comité spécial des ONG internationales pour les droits de l'homme, 13 Nov 1969, Geneva (Switzerland), following recommendations of E-XE0409 - Conference of Non-Governmental Organizations in Consultative Relationship with the United Nations (CONGO) and the work of an ad hoc committee of its members. Constitution amended 22 Jun 1998.
Aims
Promote knowledge and more effective application of the rights enunciated in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
