Founded 1 Mar 1958, as European Association of National Organizations of Textile Retailers (AEDT) – Association européenne des organisations nationales des détaillants en textiles (AEDT) – Europäische Vereinigung der Spitzenverbände des Textileinzelhandels. Also referred to as Association européenne des organisations nationales des commerçants détaillants en textiles. Discontinued 2015.
Aims
Coordinate, promote and defend the interests of the European retail traders in textiles and fashion in particular and of personal outfit in general, and take all the required initiatives to that effect.
