History
27 Apr 1961, Antwerp (Belgium), as Euromarket Federation of Animal Protein Importers (EFAPI). Name changed, 11 Apr 1973, to Euromarket Federation of Animal Protein Importers and Traders. Present name adopted 17 May 1995. Registered in accordance with Dutch law.
Aims
Further facilitate and develop international commercial trade in animal proteins; represent the association at the Services of the European Union and defend members' interest at an international level; establish communications with national and international producers and exporters associations.
