Functions as a component network of UNESCO Mediterranean Programme, based on International Convention on the Recognition of Studies, Diplomas and Degrees in Higher Education in the Arab States and European States Bordering on the Mediterranean.

Aims

Combat extremism, xenophobia, discrimination, exclusion and intolerance in the Mediterranean Basin.
