History
Founded to replace H-XH4858 - Standing International Committee of International Congresses on Administrative Sciences, set up 1910. Statutes modified: 1953; 1961; 1968; 1971; 1974; 1980; 1983; 1985; 1989; 1997. New statutes adopted 13 July 2010. Current Statutes adopted June 2013 and modified Mar 2017.
Aims
Produce and disseminate scientific knowledge on public governance; organize high-impact events that engage both public service and academia; enable collaborative and strategic projects with members and partners; accredit academic and professional training programmes that align with best practices in public governance; produce, promote and support development of comprehensive content on public governance research and practice to diverse audiences.
