History
1989, within 'CHILDHOPE International Foundation (CIF)', currently U-XF2079 - CHILDHOPE International Alliance, as its Head Office for Europe - thus also referred to as CHILDHOPE Europe. Currently autonomous within the Alliance. UK Registered Charity: 328434 (1990). Took over some activities of U-XG1189 - International Childcare Trust (ICT), 2015.
Aims
Defend the rights of children living and working on the street; improve access to justice for children in contact with the law and enable reform of juvenile justice systems; prevent and reduce physical, emotional and sexual abuse of children on the streets and in homes, organizations and community; enable children to avoid harmful forms of child labour; prevent HIV/AIDS and provide support for vulnerable children and their families infected or affected by HIV/AIDS.
