1992, following a resolution of B-XB3383 - UNESCO General Conference, 1991. Also referred to as: UNESCO International Project on Technical and Vocational Education -- Projet international pour l'enseignement technique et professionnel de l'UNESCO -- Internationales Berufsbildungsprojekt der UNESCO and UNESCO-UNEVOC Berlin; UNESCO Technical and Vocational Education Project -- Projet de l'UNESCO sur l'enseignement technique et professionnel. Located in Berlin. Ceased to exist, 12 Jul 2000, when activities taken over by E-XK1984 - UNESCO International Centre for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (UNESCO-UNEVOC).
Aims
Strengthen the development and improvement of technical and vocational education in UNESCO member states; promote a research/development and planning infrastructure; facilitate information and communication in the field.
