History
Established within the framework of E-XE2805 - Inter-State Commission for Water Coordination of Central Asia (ICWC), itself a subordinate body of F-XF4413 - International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea (IFAS). Part of G-XG3950 - Central Asia Research Institute for Irrigation (SANIIRI) transformed in SIC ICWC to act as a think-tank for the Commission.

Contribute to fostering transboundary water cooperation and promoting sustainable water management in Central Asia through information, capacity development, communication, research and expert advice.
