Varieties of bodies coordinating nongovernmental action
Selected from the Yearbook of
International Organizations maintained by the Union
of International Associations. They are grouped here under the following headings:
Given that there are over 20,000 international bodies profiled in the Yearbook,
many with coordinating functions in their field, the selection below may
be considered both tentative and in many ways arbitrary -- especially with
respect to those grouped within the last cluster.
