Selected Reports, Papers and Studies on International Legal Status of NGOs
In order to demonstrate the legal context within which international non-governmental organizations operate, the first volume of the International Association Statutes Series (1988) contains in its extensive appendices the texts of some lesser known or forgotten documents and proposals dealing with the legal status of international associations, as well as those currently under discussion or in processes of ratification. In order to better understand their import, the appendices also include the texts of conventions (Appendix 3) and of national laws (Appendix 4) in related areas. The specific contents of these appendices are as follows: Statut juridique des organisations internationales non-gouvernementales Afin de mettre en évidence le contexte légal dans lesquelles oeuvrent les associations, le premier volume de la série International Association Statutes Series contient dans ses annexes des documents souvent oubliés ou mal connus sur les projets de statut juridique des associations internationales, ainsi que des textes actuellement en discussion ou en cours de ratification. Pour mieux comprendre leur portée, les annexes incluent aussi des textes de conventions (Annexe 3) et de lois nationales (Annexe 4) dans des domaines connexes. En détail, ces annexes comprennent: 3.
