DATABASE LOGON TROUBLESHOOTING
Your browser needs to have accept-cookies enabled for you to be able to login. In Internet Explorer, go to menu Tools, choose Internet Options, click on tab Security and set it to "Medium". In Netscape, go to menu Edit, choose Preferences, then Advanced, then select radio button "Accept all cookies".
Your browser needs to be able to handle basic Java Script. Currently, we have best experiences with Internet Explorer and (less good but satisfactory) with Netscape (4.73). Unfortunately, we now do not have good experience with Opera (4.02), even though it claims to be Java-enabled. As a general rule: some browsers have less problems with certain pages than other ones -- you need to test it out on your particular system.

In the e-mail, please specify what operating system (and version) you are using (e.g. Windows, Linux, Mac, etc.) and what browser (e.g. Internet Explorer 6.0, Netscape 4.7, Opera 4.02, etc.) If you are accessing from a fixed IP number, please specify that as well. Besides, please describe what circumstances and actions brought about your problem, what was the error message (if any), etc. All these details will speed up the solution of your problem.
