Dear Applicants,

In appreciation to your mail and interest to participate in this forth coming international conference meeting, I wish to inform you that your request to participate has been accepted by the organization. The forth coming international conference meeting is open for everyone who is interested to participate.

The (HRHA) invites all participants across the world to attend the International Conference against Women, Youth & Children, taking place from, (October 19th – 23th 2015) in New York while the second phase will begins from (October 26th - 30th 2015) at Cité Diouf Hôtel in Dakar-Senegal. The theme of the conference meeting is to teach our society the importance of “Human Rights and HIV/AIDS". The forth coming international conference meeting is organized by the Global Society for Human Rights Organization here in United States of America.

Delegates are accepted to participate together as a group of 2 to 6 persons from each country or organization, you can also participate as an individual if you don’t have a group. The independent donors and the organization sponsors are responsible for participants traveling documents (Visa) application processing and Air round trip tickets to attend the conference meeting. Note that participants will only be responsible and to pay for their hotel accommodation charges with the recommend hotel management in Africa.

You we be only responsible for your own hotel booking accommodation in Dakar Senegal, the conference organizing committee will be responsible for the accommodation here in the U.S. Together with the round trip air tickets which cover from your country of residence to the United State, from the United State to Dakar Senegal and from Dakar Senegal back to your country of residence. This including your visa processing to the United State.

You are advised to download the following attachments to view your registration files form (B) & (C), and note again that delegates must participate in both phase of the conference in USA & Dakar Senegal. Your registration file will be open and form (A) we send to you after we have received your filled registration forms (B) & (C) and your hotel booking confirmation receipt. You are to contact the hotel management immediately and make your room booking to secure your hotel accommodation. We shall send you an official invitation letter immediately after the confirmation of your registration to enable you obtain the U.S visa to participate in this event. Your visa documents will be process here in United States and the approval letter of your visa will be sent to the U.S Embassy in your country for the collection of your visa.

All participants are requested to make a paper presentation on the event topics which is " Human Rights and HIV/AIDS" as it affects your society, for all documentation will be published by the Global Society for Human Rights Organization and certificate will be giving to all participants as a representative of 2015 Human Rights and HIV/AIDS conference meeting.

All filled registration forms and hotel booking receipt should be submitted to the conference secretariat office: [ hrha_secretariat@buzzmail.org] before [September 18th, 2015.] which is the deadline date to receive filled registration forms and hotel booking receipt.

RULES AND REGULATION:
1°Delegates are subject to acceptance on a first-come-first-served basis.
2°Each registrant should complete a separate registration form.
3°Registration received without reservation receipt from the hotel management in Senegal will not be processed.
4°All cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat and the refund will be made after the Conference.

Endeavor to furnish us with the Form (B) and (C) duly filled along with the hotel official booking confirmation receipt and a scanned copy of your international passport before the dead line date, and you should carefully follow up the instructions of the said recommended hotel management in Africa.

Note: immediately after your registration file is opened, your registration documents will be forwarded to the U.S Bureau of Immigrant Affairs (Visa Processing Office) here in United States for the authorization and approval of your visa documents before faxing the visa documents to U.S Embassy (Consulate Office) in your country of resident and you shall be called by the Embassy for visa appointment date to secure your visa for the conference meeting.
