You have been dully registered for the up coming Conference. Kindly follow instructions given to enable us proceed with your visa processing.

You are to download your registration forms which you are to be fill accordingly and sent back to us along with your Hotel Booking Confirmation Receipt & booking Confirmation Code from the selected Holiday Inn Hotel in BOSTON.

Contact the management of the Holiday Inn Hotel to make your Hotel booking payment and obtain a Booking Confirmation Receipt & Reservation Confirmation Code Number . The Holiday Inn Hotel have been selected to host all of our delegates as food and transportation have already been arrange with them by our organization.

Due to time factor for the processing of visa documents etc..you are to submit all documents not later then July 1st, 2015.

The Confirmation must be forwarded along side with your forms to enable us complete your registration files for visa authorization through the United States Bureau of Immigration Department here in the USA. This is done to make sure by the US Bureau of Immigration that participant do have a fix accommodation available before issuing a Visa Approval Letter.

Note that delegates are responsible and to pay for their hotel reservation charges in the US with the recommended hotel that we have made available for delegates to stay during their participation. Immediately after the submission of your forms & Booking Confirmation your documents will be forwarded to the United States Bureau of Immigration and Foreign Consular Department for your visa authorization.
