Registration:

A minimum of one(1) or maximum of Three (3) persons can participate together as a group/organization to represent their country. It is not necessary that one must belong to an organization before been eligible to attend this event. All registered applicants are entitled to a free round trip Air tickets to both events. We are also responsible for your United States Visa arrangements which will include your transportation, feeding during your stay in the United States. Delegates will only be responsible for his/her own hotel accommodation.

Visa information: All participants will be provided with visa assistance by our organization for those that require the United States Visa to attend the conference. After confirmation of your registration we shall sent an official invitation letter & visa approval to U.S Embassy in your country to notify them about your participation. All visa documents will be process here in the United States via the U.S Bureau of Immigration Affairs.

TICKETS: Air Tickets will be provided by our organization. The tickets will cover from participants countries of resident to the United States and from the United States of America back to your countries of resident
