Workshops Registration and Attendance Sponsorship Request Guidelines

Thanks for expressing interest in the forthcoming international workshops organized by our Institute. Please see hereafter important details and information related to the late registration and the attendance sponsorship application guidelines. We are working 24hours a day, 7days a week to ensure that every and each delegate get the needed support.

1. Training Workshops Dates and Locations:

April 13 - 17, 2015 | New York City, NY - United States
April 20 - 24, 2015 | Warsaw - Poland

2. Terms of Participation
All delegates are required to register in order to take part in the upcoming events. Only fully completed registration will be accepted. The registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of the payment of the registration fees in full. Each participant will receive electronic confirmation of their registration.

3. Registration

a. How to register:
You can register online through the Online Registration Portal. When accessing the Online Registration Portal you can register directly by filling out the Online Registration Form.

Note: Group registration is only applicable to registration of two persons or more.

b. Confirmation:
Your registration and payment will be confirmed by email. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed until payment has been received. Once you have completed your registration and payment, you will receive confirmation via email. This confirmation will include your registration receipt.

4. Workshops Attendance Sponsorship

a. Purpose:
The Workshops organizers receive financial support from private individuals, philanthropists, foundations, banks, and international non-governmental organizations for the participation of the middle and low income countries' (World Bank classification) delegates. As a result, upon completion of your registration, your delegation will benefit from a sponsorship package including flight tickets from your country of residence to New York, USA/Warsaw, Poland (Europe) and vice versa, accommodation, per diem, meals and refreshment for the entire workshops duration.

The Workshops Attendance Sponsorship exists for persons who without financial assistance would otherwise not be able to attend the workshops. Sponsorships are intended for the support of students, individuals or members of organizations from middle and low-income countries (World Bank classification) who will not be able to attend the training workshops due to limited or lack of funding.

b. What is covered?
The Workshop Attendance Sponsorship covers the following :

- Travel (pre-paid airfare at the lowest fare available, from the nearest international airport);
- Accommodation (budget hotel for the days of the workshops); ;
- Per Diem allowance (daily living allowance for the duration of the workshops);
- Workshops kits.

Important Note: The attendance sponsorship does not cover the workshop registration fees. The payment of the registration is a prerequisite for participation in the events. The Organizing Committee does not provide assistance for sourcing funds to cover the registration fees. The Organizing Committee will not assume responsibility for cost other than the ones listed in the Sponsorship package.

c. How to request Sponsorship:
Prospective applicants must complete the Attendance Sponsorship Request Form after submitting their Registration Form.

5. Workshops Registration Fees
The required registration fee are as follow depending on the registrant's category:

- United States and Canada Delegate | $550.00 USD (incl. VAT)
- International Delegates | $390.00 USD (incl. VAT)
- International Students | $310.00 USD (incl. VAT)
- Online Certificate Program | $390.00 USD (incl. VAT)

6. Methods of Payment
Please note that in the context of the upcoming Organizing Committee of the events, our billing department offer several methods of payment including Credit Card, Bank Transfer and MoneyGram International Transfer.

7. Confirmation
Payment and registration confirmation will be provided upon completion of your registration process. A hard copy receipt will be included in the registration package, to be collected at the registration desk during the workshops.

8. Invitation Letters for Visa or other uses
Letters confirming registration and Official Invitation Letters may be issued by the Organizing Committee on an individual basis or for a group of registrants, after a delegate has registered for the workshops. These letters can be used to obtain a travel visa if required. Please contact the Registration Office if you require such letters.

9. Workshops Logistics - Visa

U.S Entry Visa: The Visa Waiver Program (VWP)

The Visa Waiver Program (VWP) enables nationals of 37 participating countries to travel to the United States for tourism or business (visitor [B] visa purposes only) for stays of 90 days or less without obtaining a visa. VWP eligible travelers may apply for a visa, if they prefer to do so. Nationals of VWP countries must meet eligibility requirements to travel without a visa on VWP, and therefore, some travelers from VWP countries are not eligible to use the program.

Schengen C-type visa

The unified Schengen visa (C-type visa valid in Schengen states) entitles the holder to stay in the territory of all Schengen states. The Schengen visa with limited territorial validity (C-type visa valid only in Poland or with validity excluded for a specified Schengen state/states) only entitles the holder to stay in the territory of the state/states for which it is valid.

National D-type visa for Poland

The national D-type visa entitles the holder to:
- stay in the territory of Poland throughout the period of its validity;
- additionally move within the territory of other Schengen states for up to three months within a half-year period.

In the framework of the forthcoming events, we are closely working with the host countries immigration services to ensure that all registered delegates acquire their travel documents in a very short period of time (same day services) with the assistance and support of our legal department. We are therefore pleased to inform you that will benefit from our full support to obtain your visa to the selected workshops host country. In this perspective, after completion of your registration, we will provide you with the necessary visa documentation via DHL priority express courier. If you choose to apply for the visa in your country, you are advised to inform us in advance before the submission of your visa application upon receipt of the visa documentation to enable our legal department to call the appropriate authorities in order to facilitate the travel document issuance to you.

Alternatively, you may apply for the entry visa through our appointed immigration lawyer John Anderson's offices. In which case, your application will be processed over here in the US. The lawyer will represent you in all matters with the host countries immigration authorities with permission to receive and sign all documentation on your behalf throughout your visa application process.

10. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Concerning our refund policy, please note that if for one reason or another, you can not take part in the workshops after the finalization of your registration and the remittance of the registration fee, your registration fee will be fully refunded to you. All refunds will be processed after the close of the workshops. Refunds will be made via the original payment method. Cancellation requests received in writing form 5 days before the event will be fully refunded. No refunds will be issued for cancelled registrations received on the workshops dates onward except in a case where the registrant's request for a visa is denied. Request for a refund under this provision must be accompanied by appropriate documentation indicating denial of a visa application.

Due to time constraints and organizational imperatives coupled with the fact that the sponsorship package is only available on first come, first served basis for late registrants, we strongly recommend that you complete your registration as soonest as possible to enable us to act swiftly in enrolling you in our confirmed delegates list.
