Congratulation You have been duly registered to participate in the forth-coming IOHR Conference 2014.

Note: Our organization and donor sponsoring committee will be responsible for your hotel accommodation and feeding here in the United States,

Also Note: You are responsible for the payment of your hotel accommodation in Napoli, Italy where the second phase of the conference will be held due to the inability of our donor sponsoring committee to mobilize enough funds to sponsor the number of expected delegates to attend the conference.

On receipt of your copy of your hotel booking confirmation receipt, your documents will be forwarded through the U.S. Bureau of Immigrant Affairs/ U.S. Foreign Consular Department and the Italy immigration for the processing of your visa.

NOTE: Your round trip airline tickets which cover from your country of residents to the United States, Napoli, Italy and back to your Country of residents will be sponsored by our organization and donor sponsoring committee.

Send us your reservation receipt via email before september 12th 2014 to enable us complete the visa authorization letter through the Bureau of Immigrant Affair/Foreign Consular Affairs Department Washington D.C.

Note that you are expected to pay for your reservation before the reservation code and receipt will be issued to you by the hotel management. This is done to make sure participant will be available to participate in both venue of the conference.
