The meeting is scheduled to take place from 1 to 3 July 2014 in the California in the United States and in Dakar - Senegal from 7 to 9 July 2014 All interested delegates who require an entry visa to enter the United States for attend this meeting will be assisted by the organization to Obtain a visa in Their passport .
