First of all you are welcome to participate in these international Conference such like (Human Trafficking and Problems of Youth Unemployment and Global economic crisis eradication).It is not open for everyone to Participate,We can only accept participants under recommendation since your recommendation come from one of the coordinator participants.We will now give you the opportunity to participate in the events.The Conference is scheduled to take place in World convention hall NYC New York,United States from 10th to 14th October 2016.

And the second conference will be on the issue of political problems in Africa.Including Child Abuse militants terrorist issue and the children being affected by terrorist,issues of Violence in Africans and how we can build a platform of knowledge at an international level to find solutions to Unemployment as it affects our society and globally will take place in Dakar Senegal from 17th to 21st October 2016.The first Conference will take place in New York City USA, while the second Conference is schedule to take place in Dakar Senegal.Every one is entitled to Participate in the coming Youth's Conferences regardless of your religious believe,you can attend alone or minimum of three ( 3) or maximum of four ( 4 ) is expected to participate together as a group from one Country and none of them will be less than eighteen years of age. You are advised to participate in both Conferences.It does not necessary means that you must belong to an organization before you can attend this event.A group of persons with a minimum educational background could be invited to represent their countries, any group or participants are allowed to come with their own agenda or suggestions during the event.You are advised to follow the instruction immediately you receive this letter.You are to forward your names and passport number,You are expected to submit your data in time, such as:- Your names,passport number / your group names & passport numbers on time to obtained participants visa request,which will be forwarded to the USA Bureau of Immigration and naturalization for their Visa process.Any group visa request not forwarded on that same day will miss the visa assistance.

The independent Donors and the Sponsors will take care of your entire flight tickets from the participants home country or country of residence to US and from US to Dakar Senegal and back to the participant home country or country of residence,accommodation and feeding throughout their stay for the conference in the United States.You are only responsible for your hotel accommodation in Dakar Senegal,where the second conference is scheduled to take place.The participant will only book for their accommodation in one of the chosen hotel in Dakar Senegal by the organization during the other event in Dakar Senegal.

Note:There is chance for any participant who can not make it for all conference to attend one only on the condition that any of such participant must provide his or her hotel reservation confirmation letter from the assigned hotel in Africa.This law imposed by the organization okay, The organization have chosen One hotel in Dakar Senegal for all the participants to pay in for their reservations, we have discussed with the hotel management to give all our participants an official rate and the participant will pay for their hotel accommodation.The rate for all the participant will be attached to their book,their official rate which includes their three square meal and the Standby Car to take them to the conference venue and also bring them back to the hotel at the end of each day, Let us know your opinion on the above indicating your interest to participate in the coming Conferences.

Point to note:when you make your reservation in the above hotel,you should ask for confirmation receipt for your booking as you will need it to send the confirmation receipt to the organizers in the U.S for the processing of your documents.

The organization will take care of participants entire flight tickets from the participants home country or country of residence to U.S and from U.S to Dakar Senegal and back to the participant home country or country of residence,accommodation and feeding throughout their stay for the conference in the United States.

Participants are only responsible and to pay for their hotel accommodation in Senegal Africa,The purpose of this is to assist Participants in completing their Visa documents. As we need to forward participants hotel reservation booking confirmation receipt letter from the assigned hotel in Senegal along with their registration participants filled form to the U.S Bureau of Immigrant Affairs for Visa approval.
