We deem it necessary to inform you that we accept you to participate in the (HRWF) Forth-coming conferences, which will be held from 22nd to 27th of August 2016 at the Atlanta Georgia Convention Center - United States of America, Human Rights Welfare Event Against Economic Crisis, Child Protection & Prostitution, Sex Work and forced Labor, The conference is being Organized and sponsored by the Atlanta Georgia Human Rights welfare Foundation. (HRWF) Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and other donors worldwide.
The aims of the conference are to bring together researchers and practitioners in an effort to lay the ground work for future collaborative research, advocacy, and program development as well as to educate social service, health care, and criminal justice professionals on human trafficking and the needs and risks of those victimized by the commercial sex industry.

Health professionals who work youth data programs or policies across a broad range of issues (e.g., reproductive or parental health, child or adolescent health, methodology/data, family planning, social determinants of health and health disparities) including: Academicians, Bio-statisticians, Clinicians (including Obstetricians, Pediatricians, Nurses, Midwives, Family Practitioners) Community advocates, Data analysts, Epidemiologists Evaluators, Non-profit workers, Policymakers, Program specialists, Researchers, Students.
We welcome delegations, inter-governmental and non-governmental organizations to the International Conferences on strategies and policies global event on Human Trafficking, Prostitution, Sex Worker, and Child Abuse and forced Labor.
This is the start of the formal phase of the Conference process, although a number of useful informal meetings have already taken place in different parts of the world we expect that this event can and should give a powerful impetus to the work of laying the foundations for a successful combat on global event on Human Trafficking, Prostitution, Sex Worker, and Child Abuse and forced Labor. To help us do all that we reasonably can to meet the demands of our registered delegates, our staffs are working day and night to make this event a success
Registration is Free: In order to participate in the Atlanta Georgia Human Rights Welfare Foundation Conference Meeting registration is compulsory. Interested delegate can participate as an individual or maximum number of (1-6) persons as a group representing their organization or country in the international conference. Registration forms are attached to this mail. You are to print out the registration forms and fill the questioners with a pen and submit the filled registration forms along with the front page of your passport, two colored passport photographs and your hotel booking confirmation receipt via e-mail. These documents should be submitted not later than (7 days) from today that we issued it to you to confirm your participation on the list of participants attending the Human Rights Welfare Foundation conference meeting. If you are not interested to participate, you are to inform us immediately so that we can cancel your document from the organization registration list and stop sending you information regarding to the conference meeting.
USA Accommodation:Participants will be responsible and to pay for their hotel reservation cost for the duration of days the conference meeting will be held in the selected hotel venue in Atlanta Georgia United States. Be informed that participants hotel reservation room most be secure and obtain in the selected hotel venue of the conference meeting, to avoid doubt of your visa processing and air round trip ticket from our organization.
You are to contact the selected hotel management giving below where the conference meeting will be taking place and make your reservation from 22nd to 27th of August 2016 and obtain your reservation booking receipt which should be submitted along with your filled registration forms. Interested participants attending the Atlanta Georgia Human Rights conference meeting are not accepted to make reservation booking in a different hotel expect the selected hotel choose by the organization for security purpose and proper recording of expected numbers of delegates participating in the conference meeting. VISA Processing: Participants must be in possession of International Passports to enable them obtain visa to participate in the conference. Only in receipt of your filled registration forms, front page of international passport and hotel booking receipt, will participants visa request be forwarded to the U.S Bureau Department of States for same day visa authorization, which shall be sent to the Consulate Section of the U.S Embassy in your country of residence for visa collection. You will be giving appointed date to visit the U.S Embassy for visa collection after the approval of your visa here in United States. You are to inform us if you
already have U.S visa when submitting your registration documents.
Flight Tickets: Free air round trip tickets will be provided by the organization and other benevolent donors in the United States. The air round trip tickets will cover from your country of resident to the United States and back to your country of resident.
Due to time factors I request that you quickly send us the requested details ASAP not later than 7 days to enable us process your registration.
